The Thailand Privilege Card (Thailand Elite Membership), also known as the Thailand Elite Card, is a program launched by the Ministry of Sports and Exercise in Thailand in 2003 and implemented by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. It provides a special visa for non-Thai nationals who wish to settle in Thailand or have a need to travel frequently to Thailand for retirement, investment, or business purposes. The Thailand Elite Visa is positioned between the general long-term residence visa and investment immigration, but the conditions are much lower than those of investment immigration. For some applicants from countries that do not recognize dual nationality, it is a very flexible and quick way to obtain long-term residence.
