Nominee Director Services in Malaysia
It is very important to appoint a qualified person as the local director of your Malaysia company. Our nominee director / nominee director service is one of the most worthwhile packages in the industry at an affordable price while guaranteeing high quality service levels. If the process of appointing a director goes wrong, it may bring adverse consequences to the company. Nominee Director Service Package Fees
We are currently having a promotion for our Nominee Director Service. The security deposit for each director is reduced to only RM10,000. We will only offer a lower security deposit of RM10,000 for each director if your company is in good standing after a company profile search. We will conduct the search for free. In addition, you as the principal are required to meet our Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
Otherwise we will charge higher fees, increase margin or some other combination to balance the risk. If the risk profile is higher, we will not be able to provide this service.
Please note that a higher nominee director deposit may be levied if your company has any of the following circumstances:
– Your company’s annual turnover is expected to exceed RM500,000. #
– Your company’s external debt is high.
– Your company has a high share capital.
– Your company requires to apply for a business license.
– Your company employs multiple local and foreign employees in Malaysia
# For companies with estimated annual turnover exceeding RM500,000 and/or voluntary/compulsory GST registration, an additional security deposit of RM10,000 is required. If the estimated revenue exceeds RM500,000, then the company must register for GST.
Please note that if you are a citizen or an associate of a country on the US sanctions list or a person born in such a place, we will not be able to act as a nominee director for your company. If we discover that you are on the US sanctions list and have not disclosed it to us, your security deposit will be forfeited and the company will need to be closed down upon discovery.

All companies are required to have at least one director who is resident in Malaysia or whose only place of residence is Malaysia.
All Malaysian company information is available to the public at the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), including shareholders and directors, date of incorporation, share capital and registered address.
All directors (including nominee directors) have onerous responsibilities. If foreign clients cannot be contacted, nominee directors must pay for the company's liquidation costs. Our nominee director services are provided by our reputable and trustworthy personnel. To protect the interests of nominee directors, we require you to deposit a security deposit when the nominee director service is activated.
If you do not have a local Malaysia resident director to comply with the Malaysia Companies Act requirements, you can still engage our nominee director services.
