New business investment approved by an endorsing body: Applicants must have an innovative, viable and scalable business idea, supported by a business plan approved by the endorsing body. “New” means you cannot join an already trading business. “Innovative” means you must have an original business idea that is different from anything viable in the market and has growth potential.
