The immigration department said that eligibility for a refund for a multinational immigrant application depends on the specific circumstances.

Note: Refunds can be requested online and may take up to eight weeks to be processed. However, if the application has already been processed, applicants are advised to use the web form to seek a refund if eligible. Applicants who have been waiting longer than eight weeks for a refund are advised to submit a refund request to the GMC.
