The full name of MM2H is Malaysia My Second Home.The Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program is a program established by the Malaysian government to allow foreigners to stay in Malaysia long-term. During the freeze period, the government made revisions to the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program and resumed applications with new conditions and procedures.

The validity period of the MM2H visa is based on the remaining validity period of the main applicant's passport. The validity period of the visa will not exceed the validity period of the applicant's passport.
However, after renewing your passport, you can request that the remaining validity of your visa be transferred to your new passport.
The visa can be renewed after 5 years once approved by the Malaysian Immigration Department.
Dependents (including spouse, children and parents over 60 years old) are eligible for a Dependent Visa attached to the applicant’s MM2H visa.
※Children refer to single children under the age of 35 or disabled children (no age limit, doctor's certificate required).
※The child’s Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) family visa will expire when he/she reaches the age of 35. You may consider the following options:
