Grenada is known as the "Spice Island" because of the large amount of local spices grown. The country has the most beautiful seaside in the entire Caribbean, but the beautiful scenery is only one of the many attractions of the country's three main islands. Scuba diving, sailing, top restaurants, wonderful beaches and various unforgettable celebrations are also reasons why many high net worth investors choose Grenada.

Another emerging service sector is the offshore financial industry, which has shown strong growth along with the construction and manufacturing industries, contributing to the growth of national output. As part of its strategy to attract foreign direct investment, the Grenada government is working closely with several companies related to tourism, agriculture and manufacturing. Through the implementation of the immigration program, the government also hopes to create investment opportunities that will bring sustainable employment.

Grenada Investment Options
1. Real estate investment
As Grenada's economic model shifts from being primarily agriculture-based to being more service-oriented, one of the most viable options for expatriates is to invest in pre-approved real estate projects.
Applicants must invest at least $350,000 and hold the investment for more than four years. The minimum investment amount includes the principal applicant, spouse, and two eligible dependents. Each additional dependent must pay an additional $25,000.
2. National Transformation Fund Donation
Applicants can donate $150,000 to the National Transformation Fund (NTF), with the minimum amount covering only the principal applicant. For families of four or fewer, the standard donation is $200,000. For each additional dependent, an additional $25,000 donation is required.
Please note that if your application includes parents under the age of 55, you will need to pay $50,000 after your status is approved. If your application includes eligible siblings, you will need to pay $75,000 after your status is approved.
