There is no physical residence requirement.
Dependent children (under 30 years of age) may be naturalized together.
Unmarried daughters under 30 years of age who reside with the principal applicant and are fully supported by the principal applicant may be naturalized together.
Unmarried, childless and financially dependent siblings of the principal applicant or spouse under the age of 25.
Dependent parents (over 55 years of age) may be naturalized together.
No education or management experience is required.
Visa-free travel to more than 125 countries and territories including the European Schengen Area, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Turkey.

In order to qualify for Dominica's naturalization, an applicant must fulfill one of the investment programs in addition to the following conditions:

Dominica Investment Options
1.Economic Diversification Fund Contributions
A. Individual applications
For single applicants, a contribution of $100,000 to the Diversification Fund is required.
B. Spouses
A contribution of $50,000 is required for spouses.
C. Siblings
A contribution of $50,000 is required from each of the primary applicant's or spouse's eligible siblings between the ages of 18-25 years old.
D.Dependents
Each eligible dependent of the principal applicant or spouse is required to contribute $25,000 dollars.
E. Family Option
A family of four contributing $175,000 includes the principal applicant, spouse and two dependents other than siblings.
2.Real Estate Investment
Applicants who choose to purchase property should invest not less than US$200,000 in a property project recognized by the Government. This investment should be maintained for at least three years. If the property is sold after five years of ownership, the next buyer will also be eligible for citizenship.
Nationals of the following countries and territories will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis: Afghanistan, Chechnya, Iraq, North Korea, Pakistan, Sao Tome and Principe, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Yemen.
Applicants who have legally resided in other countries for more than 10 years and whose investment funds do not originate from any of these countries are excluded. For eligibility requirements that are subject to discretion on a case-by-case basis
