North Pole and South Pole
|
It is important to use the correct side of Bio-Mag to enjoy its full benefits. The North pole is more frequently used.
The rear side of Bio-Mag is the North pole:

Sedates or inhibits pain.

Calms down over-reactive organs and decreases abnormal activities.

Attracts oxygen, charges and increases cellular DNA.

Reduces acidity by reducing hydrogen ions.

Contracts the tissues and draws fluids.

| How to use:
|
1. Four simple daytime exercise sessions of 10 minutes each using two Bio-Mag:
South pole on right palm
South pole under left foot |
North pole on left palm

- Place Bio-Mag on the sternum and wear all day. Wear north pole on the sternum (breast bone).
- For healthier drinking water,
- place a water container on the north pole of Bio-Mag for 30 minutes or attach Bio-Mag north pole to the container for 30 minutes;
- place a glass of water on the north pole of the Bio-Mag and stir anti-clockwise 30-50 times and drink immediately.
- Place Bio-Mag north pole directly on wound or sites of insect stings for immediate pain relieve.
- For wound and skin diseases, use magnetized water to wash the affected site.
- For ulcers, drink magnetized water and wash the affected site with magnetized water.

Do not use South positive energy unless specifically directed in this booklet.

Do not use Bio-Mag over abdomen if pregnant.

Do not use on children under the age of two - magnets may be safe for infants but they have not been tested.

Remove Bio-Mag for 90 minutes after heavy meals because it could interfere with the secretion of digestive enzymes.

People using pacemaker are not recommended to use Bio-Mag because it could interfere with the battery and electrical system.

Magnets will affect all electrical equipment including hearing implants, hearing aids and other data-storage magnetic media such as disks and tapes as well as magnetic strips on credit cards.
